Who is the most bizarre guest Oprah's had on her show?

Well, if you asked me last month, I would have said, Tom Cruise for his behavior on her show, his involvement in the Scientology cult, and his public rants about the personal lives of others who have made decisions about medical care that differ from his religious beliefs.
HOWEVER, the "first pregnant man" episode was bizarre, weird, freakish, grotesque, and ridiculous. What has become of this world????
